We are a small long established family business working in the central London area, specializing in residential & commercial decorating, we carry out jobs from decoration to major building works, We supply Electricians, Plumbers & carpenters, heating engineers, air conditioning, unskilled labour. All the above staff are directly employed by us, we do not sub-contract work to other companies.
Years of being in people's homes have taught us many things. Not least that the main points of service people want are: trustworthy, clean, pleasant, reliable and able to produce good quality workmanship. So we concentrate on just that and like to think we do it well. We pride ourselves on being to your door within the hour 24hrs a day...

How our work is carried out

Customer phones us asking for a quotation. |

Our Estimator calls them back and arranges a convenient time to visit. |

After visiting the client and carefully going over everything, the estimator sends the customer a detailed quotation of all works to be carried out. |

The customer then arranges a suitable start date for works to commence. |

From there the supervisor takes over, keeps in touch with the customer. |

When starting works, the supervisor greets the customer and introduces himself and the decorator(s). |

He goes over exactly what needs to be done with the customer whilst checking the quotation, to make sure there are no misunderstandings. |

Once the supervisor has a full understanding of what needs to be done, he briefs the decorators, supplies them with the basic materials and gets him going. |

The colours, time scale, payment scheme, security etc. are all sorted out with the customer. |

The decorators carry out the works as efficiently as possible under the care of the supervisor and keeps in contact with the customer to make sure they are happy with the way things are progressing. |

The end product is checked over by the supervisor and once satisfied, brings the customer in to check over and make sure they are happy with the job. |

The job is then cleared and left clean and the contract is concluded with the customer's final payment. |

If, after a reasonable amount of time some defect is discovered in the job due to our workmanship, we would quickly return to rectify the defect. |

Same procedure as above applies to building works, plumbing & electrical works. |

Payment terms
A small deposit is required, to purchase materials then the balance is due on
satisfactory completion of works.
