Ref Brooks Decorating & Maintenance

I am the property manager for an Independent insurance broker, our head offices are located in a modernised prestigious eighteenth century HQ building in London Bridge/ Borough Market triangle.

We recently had an extensive refurbishment and repair project carried out on the exterior and interior of the building,

As well as the basic redecoration, we also had a number of in depth repairs to our guttering windows and brick work.

Some of the specialised works included stitching and bonding damaged bricks and thc tying in of the facing brick to the inner wall, using heli bars and resin bond, there were also a number of bricks which needed re-facing or replacing, all of which are indistinguishable from the originals.

All the works were carried out in a totally professional manner with very little disruption to our staff or more importantly our clients.

The contractors arrived each morning when expected and were courteous, professional and kept me informed on which works would be carried out daily. At the end of every day they would ensure all areas were left clean and tidy.

Pride in workmanship is very rare today, but Brooks decorating and maintenance seem to have that pride. I would recommend them to all my business and personal contacts that are looking for a professional and competent builder.
